My babies are 5!!! It is crazy. I think by far this is the most excited they have been. It is so cute to see how excited they are to be 5 and celebrate their birthday. Yesterday, Logan told me that he was going to surprise me and I had to pretend I didn't know that he was turning 5. It was the first thing out of his mouth this morning. We were awoken by thunder and Mya's barking. We watching lightening for a good half hour this morning and I told the kids that it was God putting on a fireworks show for their birthday! Crazy, weird weather of thunder, lightening and rain today. Once Johnny woke up we took the kids to breakfast. They ordered birthday pancakes (whipped cream topping) and then the cafe also gave them a mini cupcake when they were done. Tables that were close joined in on singing Happy Birthday and they were oh so happy. We are relaxing at home as the weather is so odd. We have a family reunion later today where I am sure they will let everyone know that it is their birthday. Here are some pics from this morning.
