Johnny- is almost 15 months, we go for a check up at the beginning of January. He has had a difficult time with teeth lately and it has definitely affected his sleep. His bottom molars are through, the top two are half way through and his k9s are starting to come through in the top! Lots of teeth but after this he will only have his 2 year old molars left. He is becoming more vocal and knows what he wants. He can sign more, milk, all done and has his own sign for up & down. He can say mama, dada, mo for more, no, uh oh, up, dos (two in Spanish) and down. He has started to slap or hit something when he is not happy. I'm trying to teach him gentle/nice but he hasn't caught on yet. He plays well by himself but also enjoys chasing or being chased. He loves to dance and claps along to music. He started to refuse to sit in his high chair about a month ago, he just climbs up and sits in a chair at the table with the rest of us. His hair is crazy, only certain spots are growing and he should get a haircut but I don't want to cut off his curls. He throws everything! Trying to teach him to only throw balls...
Logan- is obsessed with ninja turtles and will play with them by himself for a long period of time. He loves to dance and has put on several performances over the holidays. I will post video soon! He is really good at cartwheels and can balance on one hand pretty good. He is getting very fast and enjoys playing ball with his cousins. He is a great eater and eats all day long. He is a sweetheart and loves to cuddle. He is great at annoying Annie and does it on purpose all the time! He is great at playing with Johnny and is getting better at sharing toys with him.
Annabelle- is growing up so fast. She asks questions all the time! Just trying to figure out how the world works, I'm trying to get better at answering all of them and not get annoyed by how much she is talking. She is learning her letters and sounds but has a hard time when she doesn't know something. She enjoys coloring and is in the rainbow phase, princesses are often many colors. She got princesses Barbies for Christmas and has had a great time playing with them by herself. Today she was playing in her room with them and I went to check on her and she was asleep on her bed with her girls.
I know there is so much more that I can't think of right now. We had a great Christmas and have enjoyed being home together as a family. In fact today we all stayed in our pajamas and took it easy. Tomorrow we are taking down the tree and will purge and organize!
