9 Months

Johnathan turned 9 months yesterday!!  He is crawling everywhere and pulls himself up quite often.  If he refuses to nap, he stands and screams in his crib.  I probably need to lower the crib here pretty soon.  He sometimes will stand up with something and then cry because he isn't qutie sure what to do next.  He will walk if you hold his hands, but he prefers to crawl everywhere.  He is eating everything and just stares at you if you have food in your hand.  He is drinking about 4 - 5 bottles a day and I just had to add in a bottle of formula.  My body isn't producing enough for the big guy anymore.  I am also starting the weaning process and am down to three pumps a day.  It is so nice and I can't wait when my schedule won't have to include when I will pump.  

We went to the doctor yesterday, he weighed 20 lbs 12 oz 69% percentile and was 2 ft 4 in 72%.  I still am amazed at how big he is.  He is in size 3 diapers and 12 month clothes.  I just started packing away all the 9 month clothes.  

He loves to explore the house and find Mya.  He enjoys when the kids play peek-a-boo with him.  He is good at entertaining himself and really only cries when he is hungry or overtired.  He is getting better about naps but still needs to be rocked to sleep at night.  I have tried to let it go but he will cry for forever.  I know I am not doing myself any favors.
