Our little guy is one month old. He seems to be growing and getting bigger, we go to the doctor at six weeks so we will get an official weight then. He is filling out his newborn clothes and just moved into size one diapers. He eats every 3 hours during the day, but tends to cluster feed in the evening. His cluster feeds lend to a longer sleep pattern at night. He has slept from 8:30 - 1:30 more than once but I know better to think this will continue because as soon as we get used to a pattern things will change. I also know that this guy has already gone through a couple growth spurts, which means he eats every 1-2 hours! He is still sleeping in the newborn napper in the pack n play next to our bed but has taken naps in his crib. He loves to be swaddled to sleep and lately wants to sleep on my chest during the day, I have been enjoying these moments because it is the only time I have with just the two of us and work is right around the corner. I know there are some days where Robert comes home and wonders what we did all day.
Johnathan is a good baby, but man he can wail if he is ready to eat and he is not getting it. The kids love to entertain him and Annabelle is currently in a huge singing phase and will sing to him all the time. Pretty sure she sang to him the entire way to Roberts football game on Saturday. Kids are loving preschool and miss going to Lupe's. I am going to go back to work in December, not sure how that is going to work out...
I attempted photos of Johnathan, he was not happy with me. I'll post photos when he isn't sleeping on me :)
